2. What is an In-ground Dog Fence system?
An In-ground Dog Fence sytem is composed of three (3) vital parts. These are the Transmitter, Wire, and the Collar Receiver. The Transmitter is plugged into a standard outlet and sends out a radio signal to the buried wire which is connected to the transmitter that sets the boundary for your dog containment. On the other hand. the collar receiver is placed on your dog’s collar and is designed to pick up the radio signal emiited through the wire by the transmitter. This alerts the dog as he gets near the boundary (buried wire) and receives a correction through the radio signal once it persists to get in.
